Research progress of preparation and synthesis process of SiO2-Al2O3 system gel by sol-gel method

Abstract:

The SiO2-Al2O3 system gel is not only widely used,but its preparation and reaction mechanism can also be used in alkali activated cementitious materials and other fields.Through the preparation process of SiO2-Al2O3 system gel by sol-gel method,the influencing factors and rules,the properties and structural characterization of gels and the research progress of synthesis mechanism were reviewed.It was pointed out that the influence of alkali(earth) metal ions on the structure and pro-perties of gelatin and the quantitative description data of silicon and aluminum content were still lacking.It was suggested to broaden the scope of research and combine nuclear magnetic resonance and other detection methods to get the accurate data of the structural performance of the system,which would build a solid foundation for the design and application of SiO2-Al2O3 system gel.
