Abstract:

Cobalt-containing wastewater was treated by ceramic membrane-two stage nanofiltration-resin-evaporation process. The trend of membrane flux changing with time was analyzed. The optimum conditions of resin adsorption was determined and the economic benefits of wastewater treatment process were calculated. The results showed that 50 nm ceramic membrane can effectively remove suspended particles in wastewater, and the flux reached 933 L/(m 2·h).CoCl2 can be separated effectively from NH4Cl by nanofiltration, and the removal rate of Co 2+ reached 71.14%.After deep purification of by resin,NH4Cl met the requirement of GB/T 2946—2018,Ammonium Chloride. The treatment process is an economical and feasible cobalt-contain-ing wastewater treatment process.
