水热法制备氧化锆/碳纳米管复合材料的研究

摘要: 研究了氧化锆/碳纳米管复合材料制备的工艺条件。通过XRD、BET、TEM和Zeta电位的测试结果分析水热温度、水热时间、表面活性剂、pH等因素对产物的影响,确定了较佳的工艺条件:水热温度为180 ℃、水热时间为11 h、pH=9.5。通过TEM和Zeta电位分析可知,加入表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTBA)时,碳纳米管表面与氢氧化锆胶体带异种电荷,相互吸附,氧化锆颗粒能均匀覆盖于碳材料上,效果较好。

Abstract: Process conditions for the preparation of ZrO2/CNTs(carbon nanotubes) composite material were studied.Through the results of XRD,TEM,BET,and Zeta potentials,the influences of hydrothermal temperature,hydrothermal time,surfactant,and pH etc.on final products were analyzed.The optimum conditions were confirmed as follows:hydrothermal temperature was 180 ℃,hydrothermal time was 11 h,and pH=9.5.TEM and Zeta potential results showed,when adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromidenanoscale(CTBA) surfactant,ZrO2 particles were successfully coated on the CNTs,as CNTs and zirconium hydroxide gel took heterogeneous charges on the surface and adsorbed each other.
