利用含锰硅胶低温制备钾水玻璃

Preparation of potassium water glass using manganese?containing silica gel at low temperature

摘要:

以含锰硅胶副产品为原料,通过活化-氧化法将含锰硅胶制备成钾水玻璃溶液的同时去除了溶液中锰离子。将在100 ℃下活化2 h的含锰硅胶与工业氢氧化钾、去离子水于反应釜混合,65 ℃下将混合物搅拌 10 min成浆。1 h内匀速加入工业过氧化氢溶液,继续反应30 min,反应完成。过滤后得到质量分数为15%~26%、硅钾氧化物物质的量比(硅钾比)为0.8~1.5、Mn质量分数<5×10-5的无色透明且可快速固液分离的钾水玻璃溶液与含锰氧化物滤渣。通过X射线衍射(XRD)对滤渣进行物相分析,发现滤渣中二氧化锰质量分数为76.3%、八氧化五锰质量分数为23.7%。该项工作不仅解决了副产含锰硅胶综合利用难题,同时实现了锰、硅资源的循环利用。

Abstract:

Using manganese-containing silica gel by?product as raw material,manganese?containing silica gel was prepared to potassium water glass solution by activation oxidation method,and manganese ions in the solution were removed at the same time.The manganese?containing silica gel activated at 100 ℃ for 2 h was mixed with industrial potassium hydroxide and deionized water in a reaction kettle.The mixture was stirred to form a slurry in 10 min at 65 ℃.The industrial hydrogen peroxide solution was added into reaction kettle within 1 h at a constant speed,and the reaction was completed after 30 min.The colorless,transparent and capable of rapid solid?liquid separation potassium water glass solution with mass fraction of 15%~26%,modulus of 0.8~1.5,and Mn of less than 5×10-5 and MnO x filter residue were obtained.The phase analysis of the filter residue detected by XRD.It was found that the content of MnO2 and Mn5O8 in the filter residue were 76.3% and 23.7%.This work not only solved the problem of comprehensive utilization of by?product manganese?containing silica gel,but also realized the recycling of manganese and silicon resources.
