摘要:

TRIZ理论作为一种普遍的问题解决方法,在各工业领域的技术创新方面都有着广泛的成功应用。依据2010年的TRIZ理论,对以轻烧粉为原料,氨气法制备氢氧化镁过程中出现的杂质影响产品形貌的问题做了矛盾分析。根据矛盾矩阵指示,选取02抽取/分离原理、24中介物原理和35改变物理化学状态原理,进行具体应用研究。研究结果表明,应用02抽离/分离原理对蒸氨溶液除杂,并采用激光粒度仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对产品表征,得到纯度较高、形貌较好、分散性良好、附加值高的氢氧化镁;应用24中介物原理,分别利用蒸氨溶液与正丁醇-水体系、正丁醇-丙酮-水体系进行盐效萃取,但分离效果不理想;应用35改变物体的物理或化学状态原理,将蒸氨溶液冷却结晶,晶体主要为氯化铵,未实现结晶提取氯化镁的目的。

Abstract:

TRIZ theory,as a universal problem solving method,has been widely used in the technological innovation of various industrial fields.According to the TRIZ theory updated to 2010,contradictory analysis was made on the problem of impurities that affect the morphology of products produced by the process of producing magnesium hydroxide from light-fired powder.According to the contradiction matrix,02 extraction/separation principles,24 intermediate principles and 35 principles of changing physical-chemical state were selected for specific application studies.The results showed that the ammonia removal solution was applied to the 02 extraction/separation principle,and the product was characterized by laser particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The product was obtained of high purity,good morphology,good dispersibility and high added value; using the principle of 24 intermediates,salt extraction was performed using ammonia solution with n-butanol-water system and n-butanol-acetone-water system respectively,but the separation was not ideal;by application of 35 to change the physical or chemical state of the body,the ammonia solution was cooled and crystallized,the crystal was mainly ammonium chloride,crystal extraction of magnesium chloride was not achieved.
