基于磷矿回收碘精制的新技术及其应用

摘要: 碘及碘化物是重要的基础工业原料。碘又是稀缺资源,世界上只有少数几个国家能够生产。磷化工企业在磷矿加工过程中可以回收磷矿伴生碘,回收技术日趋成熟。然而,一般情况下回收得到的是粗碘,其碘质量分数通常≤95%。为了提高碘的使用价值,满足碘下游产品生产需求,需要将粗碘进行精制,使碘的质量分数≥99.5%。简要介绍了磷矿伴生碘在磷矿加工过程中的回收方法,论述了升华法精制碘的工艺技术、操作方法,分析了精碘生产中常见的问题并针对性地提出了解决措施。通过工业化应用,精碘指标完全可以达到w(碘)≥99.5%。

Abstract: Iodine and monoiodide are the basic industrial raw materials.Iodine is also a scarce resource.Only a few countries can be able to produce it.The enterprises of phosphorus chemical industry can recycle concomitant iodine in the process of managing phosphorite and the recycling technology is gradually mature. However,the recycle iodine is usually rough whose mass fraction ordinarily less 95%.In order to improve the value of iodine and meet the need of downstream product′s produc-tion,the technology of purified iodine is necessary to make the mass fraction of iodine over 99.5%.The recycle methods of concomitant iodine in the process of managing phosphorite were simply introduced.Then, the technology and operation ap-proach of acquiring purified iodine by sublimed method were discussed.At last,the common problems were analyzed and the targeted measures in the process of obtaining the concomitant iodine were provided.The mass fraction of iodine can achieve 99.5% completely through the industrial application.
