摘要: 铅是人类常用的金属之一,然而铅资源日益衰竭,再生铅的回收成为实现铅工业可持续发展的必由之路。随着铅酸蓄电池应用范围的扩大和数量的增多,其报废量也不断增长,大量的废铅膏成为再生铅的主要原料,其回收产物主要有:碱式硫酸铅、氯化铅、铅及氧化铅等。从废铅膏的回收产物着手,综述了不同产物的性质、用途及制备方法,并对国内外废铅膏回收的研究现状及发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: One of the metals commonly used by humans is lead.With the lead resource used up increasingly,the recovery of secondary lead became the only way for sustainable development of lead industry.The number of spent lead acid battery was increasing quickly because of its enlarging application range and increasing quantity.The main raw material of regenerated lead was spent lead paste,whose recycling products include basic lead sulfate,lead chloride,lead,and lead oxide etc..Based on the recovery products of spent lead paste,the characteristics,application,and preparation methods were reviewed.The study status and development trends of recycling spent lead acid battery in China and abroad were also prospected.
