摘要: 萤石是氟化工的重要原料,同时作为一种重要的战略资源可广泛应用于军工、石化、电子等关键领域。随着天然萤石矿资源的逐渐贫化及枯竭,亟待研究高效利用磷矿石中伴生的氟资源,以持续支持氟化工及磷化工的健康发展。简要介绍了国内外以磷肥副产氟硅酸加工氟化钙的工艺方法,同时结合各种方法的特点对磷肥副产氟硅资源的综合利用提出建议,并就氟化钙在各个行业中的应用做了简要概述。

Abstract: Fluorite is an important raw material of the fluorine chemical industry,and at the same time,it is also an important strategic resource,which has been widely applied in the key areas,such as military,petrochemical,and electronics.With the natural fluorite ore resources gradually deplete and empty,the research of how to efficiently utilize the associated fluorine resources in the phosphate rock so as to continuously support the healthy development of fluorine and phosphorus chemical industries is urgently to be made.Several calcium fluoride processing methods with phosphate fertilizer by-product fluorosilicic acid as raw material at home and abroad were briefly introduced.At the same time, combining the characteristics of the various methods,the suggestions for comprehensive utilization of fluoride silicon resources in the phosphate fertilizer was proposed. Finally,the application of calcium fluoride in various industries was briefly introduced.
