非淬水高镁炉渣降镁工艺研究

摘要: 以高镁炉渣为原料,通过控制pH析出氢氧化镁沉淀,来降低炉渣中的镁含量,并对镁进行回收,得到氢氧化镁产品。考察了盐酸质量分数、反应温度和pH对炉渣中镁溶解性能的影响,得到溶解工艺条件:盐酸质量分数为44%,反应温度为60 ℃,析出氢氧化镁的pH控制为10.6。在该工艺条件下,炉渣中的镁含量降低了93%。以10 g炉渣为原料得到氢氧化镁3.48 g,纯度为95%。

Abstract: Magnesium in the air-cooled high magnesium blast furnace slag was reduced and recovered by controlling pH to form magnesium hydroxide precipitation.The influences of hydrochloric acid concentration,reaction temperature,and pH on the solubility of magnesium in the slag were discussed,and the dissolution conditions were obtained as follows:the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid was 44%,reaction temperature was 60 ℃,and pH of the magnesium hydroxide precipitation controlled at 10.6.Under the optimum dissolving conditions,the slag′s magnesium content reduced by 93%.3.48 g magnesium hydroxide could be obtained with 10 g slag as raw material and its purity reached 95%.
