pH对三元材料前驱体物理性能的影响

摘要: 在不同pH下共沉淀制备了正极材料LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2的前驱体Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3(OH)2。通过对前驱体产物进行粒径分布分析、振实密度分析及扫描电镜照片分析,比较了pH对合成前驱体材料性能的影响。结果表明,在pH等于11.0条件下,合成的前驱体粒径分布均匀,振实密度高,形貌规则。将该条件下的前驱体与氢氧化锂混合煅烧制备得到LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2。经电化学性能测定,发现其电化学性能优异,在0.2 C和1.0 C下首次放电容量可达 160.0 mA·h/g和129.9 mA·h/g;在1.0 C下循环20次后,容量保持率高达94%。

Abstract: Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3(OH)2,the precursors of cathode material LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2,were prepared at different pH. The in- fluences of pH on material properties were studied through analyzing the size distribution,tap density,and also from the SEM figures. It was found that the synthesized precursors had even size distribution,higher tap density,and regular morphologies,when the pH was 11.0.LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2was prepared through mixing and calcining the precursor and lithium hydroxide.The prepared LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2showed a good electrochemical property:the first discharge capacity reached 160.0 mA·h/g and 129.9 mA·h/g at 0.2 C and 1.0 C respectively,and the capacity retention at 1.0 C was 94% after 20 charge/discharge cycles.
