DTB连续结晶器在去除水合肼中十水碳酸钠的应用

摘要: 去除水合肼中十水碳酸钠,传统工艺采用间歇结晶方式。间歇结晶方式存在许多缺点,如设备结疤严重、生产能力小、劳动强度大。介绍了采用连续冷却结晶设备(DTB冷却结晶器)去除水合肼中十水碳酸钠的方法。连续结晶工艺,克服了间歇结晶工艺的缺点。采用DTB冷却结晶器去除水合肼中的十碳酸钠,可使其质量分数由12.03%降低至0.55%。介绍了DTB冷却结晶器的工作原理,简述了冷却结晶设备及配套设备的设计要点。

Abstract: The traditional process adopted batch crystallization to eliminate Na2CO3·10H2O in hydrazine hydrate.But there were many disadvantages in the process of batch crystallization, such as serious scarring, small production capacity,and high labor intensity.The method of using continuous DTB cooling crystallizer in eliminating Na2CO3·10H2O in hydrazine hydrate.was introduced.The continuous crystallization process overcame the shortcomings of the intermittent crystallization process. The introduction of DTB cooling crystallizer in eliminating Na2CO3·10H2O in hydrazine hydrate could drop its mass fraction from 12.03% to 0.55%.It also told how DTB cooling crystallizer works and also briefly introduced the key design points of cooling crystallization equipment and its associated equipment.
