Y型分子筛和铝盐交换的实验研究

摘要: Y型分子筛在降钠过程中会产生铵盐废水,造成原料消耗和环保压力;然而铵盐在交换过程中能够保证产品质量。结合生产实际,用铝盐部分代替铵盐进行对比实验。结果表明:铝盐的交换效率高于铵盐,其交换后的产物仍为Y型分子筛;与铵盐相比,铝盐交换后分子筛结晶度较低。对交换后结晶度降低的原因进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract: Wastewater containing ammonium salt will be generated in the sodium dropping process of Y zeolite.Thus more raw material consumption and environment pressure will be caused.However,the product quality can be ensured in the exchange process of ammonium salt.Combining with the actual production,a comparison experiment using aluminum salt to partially replace ammonium salt was carried out.Results showed the exchange efficiency of aluminum salt was higher than that of ammonium salt and the exchange resultant of aluminum salt was still the Y zeolite;comparing with ammonium salt,the crystallinity degree of Y zeolite was lower after the exchange with aluminum salt.Finally,the causes of crystallinity degree became lower after the exchange were analyzed and discussed.
