摘要: 对不同镁离子浓度溶液的黏度测量和浮选进行了研究。结果表明,氯化镁对氯化钾浮选体系黏度具有重要影响,其中镁离子浓度对溶液的黏度起决定性的作用。氯化镁的存在不利于氯化钾收率的提高;当w(氯化镁)<20%时,氯化镁质量分数每提高1%,氯化钾浮选收率约降低1%;当w(氯化镁)>20%时,氯化鉀浮选收率急剧降低,直到w(氯化镁)=26.38%(三相共饱点)时,氯化钾基本上不发生浮选。

Abstract: Viscosity and flotation of the solutions with different concentrations of magnesium ions were studied.Experimental results confirmed that magnesium chloride(MgCl2) had an important influence on the viscosity of KCl flotation system.Especially the solution′s viscosity depended on the concentration of magnesium ions.MgCl2 was bad for the yield improvement of KCl flotation.When the mass fraction of MgCl2 was less than 20% and the mass fraction of magnesium chloride increased by 1%,the yeild of KCl flotation decreased by about 1%.On the other hand,when the mass fraction of that was higher than 20%,the yield of KCl flotation decreased rapidly,and flotation nearly did not occur until the MgCl2 chloride concentration reached 26.38% (three-phase invariant point).  
