电解锰渣的浸出毒性分析及无害化处理

摘要:

电解锰渣排放量大,可溶性盐含量高,存在严重的环境风险。近年来,随着中国锰矿石品位的持续降低,每吨金属锰产生的炉渣量呈上升趋势。为了实现锰渣的无害化处理,有效促进锰渣的大量吸收和综合利用,采用生石灰固化法对锰渣进行无害化处理。研究了生石灰添加量、反应时间、风温及添加剂用量对锰渣中氨氮的去除和锰的固定效果的影响。结果表明,在石灰添加量为10%(质量分数)、搅拌时间为60 min、风温为60 ℃、添加剂磷酸为2.8 mL条件下对电解锰渣进行无害化处理后,采用水平震荡法和硝酸-硫酸法浸出的浸出液中锰的质量浓度分别为0.025、0.043 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度分别为11.75、14.26 mg/L,二者均达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准。

Abstract:

Electrolytic manganese slag has large emissions and high soluble salt content,posing serious environmental risks.In recent years,with the continuous decrease of manganese ore grade in China,the slag quantity of manganese metal per ton is increasing.In order to realize the harmless manganese slag,promote the mass consumption and comprehensive utilization of manganese slag efficiently,the lime curing method was used to treat manganese slag innocuously.The effects of adding amount of quicklime,reaction time,air temperature and additive amount on the removal or fixation of ammonia nitrogen and manganese in manganese slag were studied.The results showed that the harmless treatment of electrolytic manganese slag was carried out for electrolytic manganese slag under the conditions of lime addition of 10%,stirring time of 60 min,air temperature of 60 ℃ and additive phosphoric acid of 2.8 mL.The leaching toxicity test results showed that the concentration of manganese in the leaching solution of the horizontal shock method and the nitric acid and sulfuric acid method was 0.025 mg/L and 0.043 mg/L,respectively,and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 11.75 mg/L and 14.26 mg/L,both of which reached the first class of GB 8978—1996“Standard of National Integrated Wastewater Discharge”.
