晶种诱导法水热合成滑石

Hydrothermal synthesis of talc by crystal seed induction method

摘要:

以乙酸镁、偏硅酸钠为原料、低品位滑石矿为晶种,采用晶种诱导法水热合成滑石。研究了低品位滑石矿焙烧产物在不同焙烧温度和时间条件下的活性,得出适宜的低品位滑石矿焙烧温度并获得高活性滑石矿晶种;以低品位滑石焙烧矿为晶种,考察原料配比、醋酸用量、水热温度、水热时间、晶种用量、pH等对合成滑石的纯度、结晶度的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度为700 ℃、焙烧时间为1.5 h条件下获得的低品位滑石焙烧矿晶种的活性最佳;在乙酸镁与偏硅酸钠的物质的量比为3∶4、pH为7、水热温度为180 ℃、水热反应时间为48 h、加入一定量的低品位滑石焙烧矿晶种的条件下,可以制备出结晶度良好的滑石。

Abstract:

Using magnesium acetate and sodium metasilicate as raw materials and low grade talc ore as crystal seed,hydrothermal synthesis of talc was conducted by crystal seed induction method.The activity of calcined product of low grade talc ore at different calcined temperatures and times were researched.The suitable calcined temperature of low grade talc ore and high active talc ore crystal seed were obtained.By using low grade talc roasted ore as crystal seed,the effects of raw material ratio,amount of acetic acid,hydrothermal temperature,hydrothermal time,amount of crystal seed and pH on the purity and crystallinity of synthesized talc were investigated.The results showed that the activity of low grade talc roasted ore crystal seed was the best when the roasting temperature was 700 ℃ and the roasting time was 1.5 h.Talc with good crystallinity could be prepared under the conditions that the molar ratio of magnesium acetate to sodium metasilicate was 3∶4,pH was 7,hydrothermal temperature was 180 ℃,hydrothermal reaction time was 48 h,and a certain amount of low grade talc was added into the calcined ore seed.
