硫酸法钛白副产物绿矾的资源化利用现状

Present status of resource utilization of by-product green vitriol from titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid method

摘要:

绿矾是硫酸法钛白粉生产中排放出的一种固体副产物。仅在2017年中国副产绿矾就超过700万t,且每年仍以10%的速度增长,这严重制约着硫酸法钛白行业可持续发展。目前,仅有很少部分绿矾得到回收利用,其余以堆存方式处置,这不仅造成硫铁资源的浪费,而且还引起严重的环境污染。为了提高副产物绿矾的利用价值,国内外学者对绿矾资源化利用途径做了大量实验研究。通过对近几年副产物绿矾的资源化利用现状(包括处理废水、农业肥料、颜料、电极材料、铁酸盐、纳米氧化铁及掺烧制酸等方面)的分析,提出了制备纳米氧化铁是副产物绿矾资源化利用的可行性途径。

Abstract:

Green vitriol is a solid by-product generated from production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method.It has been reported that total production of green vitriol from titanium dioxide industry was more than 7×10 7 t in 2017,and the annual growth rate of green vitriol exceeded 10% in China,which has been restricted the sustainable development of titanium dioxide produced by sulfuric acid method.Presently,only a few part of green vitriol is reused,and the rest is still disposed of as industrial solid waste,which not only caused great waste of sulfur and iron resource,but also resulted in severe environmental pollution.In order to reduce the environmental pollution and enhance the value of green vitriol resources,a lot of research work on resource utilization of green vitriol has been done by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years.The current situation of resource utilization of by-product green vitriol in various fields,such as water treatment,agriculture,pigments,electrode materials,titanates,nano-sized iron oxide and producing acid by blending roasting technology,was systematically analyzed.It proposed that the preparation of nano-sized iron oxide is a feasible way for the resource utilization of by-product green vitriol.
