响应曲面法优化聚合硫生产工艺参数

摘要:

以硫磺为原料,采用低温熔融法制备了具有较好高温稳定性的聚合硫粉体。通过单因素实验研究了稳定剂类型、反应温度、反应时间和稳定剂用量对聚合硫高温稳定性和单程转化率的影响。在单因素实验基础上采用Box-Behnken Design(BBD)实验设计方法,利用Design-Expert软件建立反应温度、反应时间、稳定剂用量3个因素的影响规律,通过方差分析回归建立数学模型,预测和验证最优生产工艺。结果表明,在反应温度为246 ℃、反应时间为48.23 min、稳定剂用量为0.28%条件下,制备的聚合硫显示出较好的高温稳定性。

Abstract:

Polymeric sulfur powder with good high temperature stability was prepared with sulfur as raw material by low tem-perature melting method.The effects of stabilizer type,reaction temperature,reaction time and stabilizer content on the high temperature stability and one-way conversion of polymeric sulfur were studied.On the basis of single-factor test,the Box-Behnken Design(BBD) experimental design method was used to find the effect rule of three factors,i.e.reaction temperature,reaction time and stabilizer content,with Design-Expert software.The mathematical model was established by variance analysis regression for prediction and verification of the optimal production process.The results showed that the better high temperature stability performance at temperature of 246 ℃,reaction time of 48.23 min and stabilizer content of 0.28% in the polymerization stage.
