硫酸法钛白粉酸解主反应对固相物溶解度的影响

摘要:

在硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中,钛精矿酸解产生的固相物难以溶解是限制钛白粉产能的主要因素。为降低其影响,对酸解固相物进行了X射线衍射(XRD)分析;对钛精矿酸解主反应影响因素包括酸矿比、反应酸浓度和引发温度等对固相物溶解率的影响进行了对比实验。XRD分析表明,钛精矿酸解过程产生的钛的硫酸盐并没有形成晶体,固相物的溶解只是物理过程。钛精矿酸解主反应影响因素对比实验结果表明,影响钛精矿酸解固相物溶解难易程度的因素从大到小的顺序为反应酸浓度、引发温度,酸矿比没有影响。随着反应酸浓度升高,主反应速率加快,脱水率上升,钛的硫酸盐中结合水含量减少,溶解率降低,固相物越难溶解。酸解过程最优反应酸质量分数为82%~83%,引发温度为145 ℃。

Abstract:

During the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process,the insoluble solid phase of acidolysis of ilmenite is the main factor limiting the productivity.In order to reduce its influence,the solid phase of acidolysis was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effects of the main reaction factors including the ratio of acid to ore,the concentration of reation acid and the initiation temperature etc.on the solubility of solid phase were compared.The XRD analysis showed that the process of sulfate of titanium produced by the titanium concentrate pyrolysis didn′t form a crystal,and the dissolution of the solid phase was only a physical process.Comparison of the main reaction factors of titanium concentrate acid solution showed that the factors affecting the difficulty of dissolution of titanium concentrate acid solution from large to small were the reaction acid concentration,initiation temperature,and the ratio of acid to ore was no effect.With the increase of the reaction acid concentration,the main reaction rate was accelerated,the dehydration rate was increased,the binding water content in the sulfate of titanium was reduced,the solubility was reduced,and the solid phase were harder to dissolve.The acid mass fraction of the optimal reaction during the acid hydrolysis process was 82%~83%,and the initiation temperature was 145 ℃.
