Abstract: X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRFS)is a kind of nondestructive detection method. For the powder samples,it can detect directly by tabletting, without sample digestion. It has advantages, such as faster speed, wide measurement range, and high degree of automation. This test simulated the sample preparation process and content, made a series of standard samples, drew the standard curve, corrected matrix interference by using experience coefficient equation, and detected content of palladium and platinum in the catalyst by XRFS.Through comparison with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and spectrophotometric method, the test results were basically consistent, indicating that this method had good reliability.
