PVDF黏结剂含量对锂离子电池正极

浆料流变性能的影响研究

Abstract

Abstract: Three different cathode slurries for lithium ion batteries with various PVDF binder contents were prepared and their rheological properties were tested and compared.Results showed that the shear viscosity of the cathode slurry increased and the flowability decreased with higher PVDF binder amount in the slurries.The thixotropic test showed that when appropriate amount of PVDF was added in the slurries，the particles can form a uniform and stable dispersion structure.Too more or too less PVDF amount will lead to the agglomeration of particles.
