NaY分子筛导向剂的制备及其性能研究

Abstract

Abstract: A sol guide agent suitable for low temperature has been prepared.NaY zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method with the Inner Mongolia coal series kaolin as raw material.The impacts of aging time，aging temperature，and cooling time on guide agent′s appearance and activity were investigated.The role of guide agents on the crystallization of NaY molecular sieve was also investigated.The results showed that the aging time was 12 h，aging temperature（room temperature） was less than 30 ℃，cooling time was 15 min，and adding content of guide agent was 8%，the product had high crystallinity and no mottle，with grain size of about 2 μm.
