高熵氧化物催化过硫酸盐降解盐酸四环素的研究

Study on degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride by high entropy oxide activated peroxymonsulfate

摘要:

针对单一过渡金属离子催化过硫酸盐效率低的问题,采用氯化钠辅助溶液燃烧法制备高分散性岩盐相(Co0.2Cu0.2Mg0.2Ni0.2Zn0.2)O高熵氧化物。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和氮气吸脱附仪等对样品的结构与形貌进行表征。通过降解盐酸四环素(TCH)实验研究高熵氧化物催化过硫酸氢钾(PMS)的催化活性,考察不同影响因素对高熵氧化物催化PMS降解TCH的影响。结果表明:惰性无机盐氯化钠的加入可阻止高熵氧化物颗粒的团聚,岩盐相高熵氧化物具有良好的分散性;催化剂质量浓度为100 mg/L、PMS质量浓度为100 mg/L、pH为7时,反应16 min对TCH降解率为96%;自由基捕获实验表明催化体系中主要的活性自由基为SO4-·。此外,高熵氧化物经过5次循环后对TCH的降解率仍保持90%以上,显示优异的循环稳定性。高分散高熵氧化物作为过硫酸盐高效催化剂在工业废水处理领域具有十分重要的应用。

Abstract:

To address the issue of low efficiency in peroxymonsulfate activation catalyzed by single transition metal ions,a highdispersion rock-salt phase(Co0.2Cu0.2Mg0.2Ni0.2Zn0.2)O high entropy oxide was prepared by NaCl assisted solution combustion method.The crystal structure and morphology of high entropy oxide were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques.The catalytic activity of potassium peroxymonsulfate(PMS) activated by high-entropy oxide was investigated by tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH) degradation experiment.The effect of different influencing factors on the degradation of TCH by high entropy oxide activated PMS was investigated.The results showed that addition of inert inorganic salt NaCl effectively blocked the agglomeration of high entropy oxide particles.The rock-salt phase high entropy oxide particles had good dispersion.The degradation rate of TCH was 96% after 16 min reaction at catalyst concentration of 100 mg/L,PMS concentration of 100 mg/Land pH of 7.The results of free radical trapping experiments showed that the main active free radical in the catalytic system was SO4-·.The cyclic experiment results showed that the degradation rate of TCH by high-entropy oxide remained above 90% after five cycles,indicating excellent cyclic stability.High dispersion high-entropy oxide as high efficiency catalysts for potassium peroxymonosulfate had important application in industrial wastewater treatment field.
