绿色纳米碳酸钙生产关键技术与机理研究

摘要:

以电石渣等钙镁废渣为原料来制备绿色纳米碳酸钙的生产工艺简单、设备不多、投资不大,属于“短平快”项目和新质生产力项目。采用离子计和pH计来跟踪研究浸取反应,并对新鲜浸取液和循环母液浸取反应过程的钙离子浓度、电位值、pH与时间变化的关系进行了比较。新鲜浸取液反应速度快、时间短、浸取率高;循环母液的浸取反应速度较慢、时间较长、浸取率较低。预碳化是一个极快的复分解反应过程,中间产物呈胶体状,其反应量约占钙离子总量的20%左右,目的是为CO2碳化反应提供晶种;采用离子计和pH计来跟踪研究CO2碳化反应过程,发现前期速度较慢,CO2的气液平衡是控制步骤,后期氨的电离平衡是控制步骤,停止通入CO2后碳化过程并没有立即停止,钙离子浓度和电位值继续下降,但pH有小幅回升。通过对电石渣浸取反应和氯化钙-氨水体系CO2碳化机理的深入研究,为绿色纳米碳酸钙的产业化之路奠定了基础。

Abstract:

The production process of preparing green nano calcium from calcium magnesium waste residue such as calcium carbide slag is simple,with few equipment and low investment.It belongs to the "short,flat and fast" project and new quality productivity project.The ion meters and pH meters were used to track and study the leaching reaction,and the relationship between calcium ion concentration,potential value,pH value and time changes during the leaching reaction process of fresh leaching solution and circulating mother liquor were compared.Fresh leaching solution had fast reaction speed,short time,and high leaching rate.The leaching reaction speed of the circulating mother liquor was slower,the time was longer,and the leaching rate was lower.Pre-carbonization was an extremely fast complex decomposition reaction process,with intermediate products in the form of colloids,accounting for about 20% of the total amount of calcium ions.The purpose was to provide crystal seeds for CO2 carbonization reaction.The ion meters and pH meters were used to track and study the CO2 carbonization reaction process,it was found that the initial speed was slow,the gas-liquid equilibrium of CO2 was the control step,and the ionization equilibrium of ammonia in the later stage was the control step.After stopping CO2,the carbonization process did not immediately stop,and the calcium ion concentration and potential value continued to decrease,but the pH was slightly increased.This article laid the foundation for the industrialization of green nano calcium through in-depth research on the leaching reaction of calcium carbide slag and the CO2 carbonization mechanism of calcium chloride ammonia water system.
