海带漂烫水中碘的空气吹出法提取工艺研究

摘要: 采用空气吹出法研究了海带漂烫水中碘的提取工艺,并通过3因素4水平正交实验对体系的pH、温 度、空气通量等工艺条件做了优化,同时探讨了不同氧化剂(NaNO2-H2O2、NaClO和NaNO2)对碘吹出效果的影响。实验得到空气吹出法提取海带漂烫水中碘的最佳工艺条件:pH=2、温度为70 ℃、空气进量为2 L/min,此时碘的最终吹出率可达96.2%。在最佳工艺条件下,分别采用NaNO2-H2O2、NaClO和NaNO2作为氧化剂时,碘的吹出率均可达到90%,表明氧化剂种类对该工艺条件无显著影响。

Abstract: The air blow-out method was utilized to exact iodine from kelp blanching waste water and the experimental condi- tions,such as pH,temperature,and air flow,were optimized with 3 factors and 4 levels orthogonal tests to improve the iodine exaction rate.In addition,the effects of different oxidizers(NaNO2-H2O2,NaClO,and NaNO2) under the optimized conditions were investigated.Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were pH of 2.0,temperature of 70 ℃,and air blow-in of 2 L/min.Under the optimized conditions,the exaction rate was up to 96.2%.There is no significant difference on the oxidizing effect among three oxidizers,and the exaction rate all could be up to 90%.Therefore,oxidizing agent′s kind had no obvious effect on the reaction.
