摘要: 针对海上聚驱采油污水处理难题,采用抗聚合物污染的功能陶瓷膜材料,设计出了撬块化膜精细处理装备,做了含聚采油污水处理稳定性运行实验,并在渤海绥中36-1平台通过了现场实验验证。结果表明,该膜装备可将含聚采油污水中油的质量浓度从30 mg/L以上降至5 mg/L以下,将悬浮物质量浓度和粒径中值分别降至1 mg/L和1 μm以下,聚合物截留率小于5%,有效实现了聚合物的循环使用。该技术的开发对改善海上聚驱采油污水处理水质以及降低成本具有重要意义。

Abstract: In allusion to the treatment problems of the marine wastewater containing polymer,a membrane pilot equipment was designed with anti-polymer pollution ceramic functional membrane materials for the treatment of wastewater containing polymer.Land stability experiments and field tests in the central treatment platform of SZ36-1 Oilfield were carried out.Re- sult showed that the oil content was reduced from more than 30 mg/L to below 5 mg/L,the suspended particles content and median diameter was decreased to below 1 mg/L and 1 μm,respectively.The retention rate of polymer was less than 5% in water production,which was beneficial to the recycling of the polymer.The ceramic functional membrane technology develop- ment can improve the marine wastewater containing polymer treatment and reduce costs.
