摘要: 探讨了以菱镁矿为原料,在定-转子反应器中进行碳化反应制备高活性氧化镁的新工艺,并考察了热解过程中热解温度、热解时间以及煅烧过程中煅烧温度、煅烧时间对氧化镁活性的影响。实验表明:采用定-转子反应器可以有效地增大气液接触面积,提高气液传质效率,其特殊结构可以处理固含量更高的浆料,有助于产能的提高;调节热解温度可以控制前驱体碱式碳酸镁的晶体形貌,从而影响氧化镁的活性;煅烧温度对氧化镁活性的影响巨大。

Abstract: A new method for producing highly active magnesium oxide by the carbonization of magnesite in rotor-stator reactor (RSR) was discussed.Effects of pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time,calcination temperature,and calcination time on the activity of magnesium oxide product were investigated.Experiments showed that the RSR effectively increased the gas-liquid contact area,and improved the gas-liquid transfer efficiency.Its special structure could also deal with the slurry with higher solid content to help increase production capacity.Adjusting the pyrolysis temperature could control crystal morphology of basic magnesium carbonate precursor,thereby affected the activity of the product.Calcination temperature had a great impact on product activity.
