摘要: 考察了氯化钾在不同粒度的光卤石矿样中的分布情况和矿样细度对浮选工艺的影响。结果表明:氯化钾在不同粒度的矿样中无明显的富集现象;随着矿样粒度变小,浮选精矿产率和氯化钾回收率均会随着增加;浮选精矿产率在粒度小于0.15 mm区间内分布较为集中,而氯化钠杂质同样集中分布于该粒度区间。

Abstract: The distribution of KCl in carnallite with various particle sizes and effect of granularity on flotation process were studied.The results showed that the enrichment of KCl in different granularities was not observed.The yield of flotation concentrate and recovery of KCl both increased with reduction of particle size of carnallite samples.The yield and impurity (NaCl) of flotation concentrate were focused on 0.15 mm granularity.
