全固态电池关键材料硫化锂的制备研究进展

摘要:

全固态锂电池因其高能量密度和高安全性被视为有望替代现有锂离子电池的下一代电池。硫化物固态电解质因其较高的离子导电率和优异的机械性能备受研究人员关注,但其高昂的成本严重制约了应用,主要原因在于关键原材料硫化锂的制备成本居高不下。因硫化锂极易水解,且合成工艺复杂,综述了硫化锂实验室合成方法的研究现状,对比分析了各种方法的优缺点。针对实验室合成硫化锂成本高昂的问题,从产业端分析了目前硫化锂的合成门槛,概述了现有产业端的主流工艺技术路线,分析对比了主流工艺技术路线的吨级放量门槛。从原材料安全性、产品品质、原料成本、产业化设备开发难易程度、技术防御性和生产安全性等6个维度对4种主流技术路线的产业化前景进行对比。讨论了硫化锂产业化面临的挑战及发展方向。

Abstract:

All-solid-state lithium batteries are the next generation of batteries,which are expected to replace existing lithium-ion batteries due to their high energy density and high safety.Sulfide solid state electrolytes have attracted much attention from researchers because of their high ionic conductivity and excellent mechanical properties,however,the main factor limiting their application is their high price,which is attributed to the high cost of lithium sulfide,the key raw material for the preparation of sulfide solid state electrolytes.Lithium sulphide is highly susceptible to hydrolysis and the synthesis process is complex.The current status of laboratory synthesis of lithium sulfide was reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were analysed.In response to the high cost of synthesizing lithium sulfide in the laboratory,the current synthesis threshold of lithium sulfide from the industry side was analyzed,the mainstream process technology routes in the current industry side was summarized,and the tonnage threshold of mainstream process technology routes was analyzed and compared.The industrialization prospects of four mainstream technology routes were compare from six dimensions:raw material safety,product quality,raw material cost,difficulty of industrial equipment development,technological defense,and production safety.The challenges and development directions faced by the industrialization of lithium sulfide was discussed.
