过氧化氢提纯净化技术研究进展

Abstract

Abstract:

The application and production technology of hydrogen peroxide were briefly introduced.The advantages and dis-advantages of several purification technologies for hydrogen peroxide,including distillation,adsorption,ion exchange resin,membrane separation,crystallization and supercritical fluid extraction,were analyzed and introduced.It was pointed out that under the background of the rapid development of China′s electronics industry,the demand for high-purity hydrogen peroxide was further expanded,and the purification technology of hydrogen peroxide was required to be developed in the direction of large-scale and large-scale.The multi-unit integrated purification method based on ion exchange resin developed in recent years not only ensured high quality requirements,but also took into account economic,safety and environmental protectionthrough the integration of purification technology.
