Strategy on safety of hydrogen peroxide oxidation process

Abstract:

China hydrogen peroxide green oxidation process is developing vigorously,but the process risk is high and there are many safety accidents,which seriously hinders the development and promotion of new process.In order to improve the process safety research and promote the process development,the process flow was divided into hydrogen peroxide storage system,material feeding system,reaction system,distillation system and other units.The safety problems involved in the unit system were elaborated,and the research methods and results at present were summarized and discussed.Through combing and analyzing the safety problems and safety research ideas in the whole process of hydrogen peroxide oxidation,suggestions and references were provided for relevant units to establish systematic safety research methods and strategies and comprehensively improve process safety.
