Study on influencing factors of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate crystallization process

Abstract: High purity ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(battery grade),which can be used as one of the raw materials for the production of lithium iron phosphate,was prepared by batch cooling crystallization,with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate crystals used for drip irrigation fertilizer as raw material.The optimum crystal process conditions of battery grade ammonium dihydrogen phosphate were as follows:cooling rate was 2 ℃ per 10 min,stirring speed was  320 r/min,growth substance dosage was 4.0 g,and the final crystallization temperature was 46 ℃.Under the optimum conditions,battery grade ammonium hydrogen phosphate could meet the raw material requirements of lithium iron phosphate cathode material.
