沉淀转化法回收酸浸渣中铅的酸溶工艺研究

Abstract

Abstract: With the transformation slag，prepared from the reaction of the refined acid leaching residue from gold concentrate roasting-acid leaching process with ammonium hydrogen carbonate，as the raw material，the acid leaching technology of lead was researched.Through the orthogonal experiment，the influences of various factors，such as liquid/solid mass ratio of leaching solution，pH，and leaching time，on the lead leaching rate were investigated.The optimum process conditions were obtained: liquid/solid mass ratio of leaching solution was 2∶1，pH of leaching solution was 0.5，and leaching time was 2 h.Under those conditions the metal lead leaching rate could reach 83%.
