Abstract:

Recovery of the useful elements in FCC catalyst slag is not only realizes the recycling and utilization of resource, but also eliminates environmental pollution.Purified clay was prepared with natural bentonite as raw material, and then the activated clay was prepared.Rhenium ions in catalyst slag were adsorbed with purified clay and activated clay as adsorbents, and adsorption conditions and properties were investigated. The result indicated that the adsorption capacity of rhenium ion in the slag solution of activated clay was higher than that of purified clay,as adsorption dose of active clay was 0.9 g,initial mass concentration was 11 mg/L,solution pH=4.0,the adsorbing temperature was 25 ℃,then the adsorption rate of rhenium ion on active clay reached 93%.This study provided technical support for the recovery and utilization of useful elements in FCC catalyst production.
