摘要:

中国湿法加工具有产业集中度高,湿法磷产业体系较为完善的特点,部分关键共性技术处于国际先进水平,但存在磷资源贫化加快、可采资源量锐减、磷肥产能过剩、磷肥利用率低、环境问题突出等问题。针对这些问题,提出了中国湿法磷加工产业应加快推进水肥一体化技术,构建绿色循环发展模式,形成非常规中低品位磷矿湿法加工技术,实现磷石膏的源头近零排放,加快高硅混合型胶磷矿利用技术研发,形成降低倍半氧化物的产业化技术,突破高端产业链技术装备瓶颈的可持续发展的建议和措施。

Abstract:

China′s wet process has the characteristics of high industrial concentration and perfect wet process phosphorus in-dustrial system.Some key common technologies are at the international advanced level.However,there are some problems in China′s wet process phosphorus processing,such as the acceleration of phosphorus resource depletion,the sharp reduction of recoverable resources,the excess capacity of phosphate fertilizer,the low utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer and the prominent environmental problems.In view of these problems,it is proposed the suggestions and measures for sustainable development,such as China′s wet process phosphorus industry should accelerate the integration of water and fertilizer technology; build a green cycle development model; form unconventional low-grade phosphate rock wet process technology,realize the source of phosphorous nearly zero emissions;accelerate the research and development of high silicon mixed type rubber phosphate rock utilization technology;form the industrialization technology of reducing times and half oxides;and break through the high-end industrial chain technology package.
