摘要: 采用水热合成技术,以Ni(Ac)2和Co(Ac)2和硫脲为前驱体合成了NiCo2S4化合物。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及旋转圆盘电极(RDE)分别表征了样品的微观特征和电催化性能。NiCo2S4化合物具有立方结构,聚集成球状颗粒,分散性较好。在0.5 mol/L H2SO4中,NiCo2S4催化剂对氧还原反应(ORR)呈现明显的电催化活性,高于同法合成的CoS2和NiS,开路电位为0.75 V(vs.NHE),氧分子按照4电子机理还原生成水。

Abstract: NiCo2S4 compound was synthesized by a hydrothermal method using Co(Ac)2,Ni(Ac)2,and thiourea as precursors.The physical characteristics and catalytic performances of the as-prepared sample were characterized by XRD,SEM,and RDE technique.The sample presents agglomerated spherical particles and good dispersion,reveals the crystalline characteristics of cubic NiCo2S4 compound.The catalyst showed higher electrocatalytic activity towards oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 than that obtained with CoS2 and NiS,and had the open circuit potential of 0.75 V(vs.NHE).The oxygen molecule reduction may proceed via the overall four-electron transfer reaction to water formation
