摘要: 以熟石灰和硫酸钠为主要原料,经配料、均化制备出早强剂。在粉煤灰水泥和普通水泥中分别加入等量早强剂制成试样,测试其不同龄期的抗压和抗折强度,并进行热重分析和红外光谱分析。通过宏观与微观分析比较了早强剂对粉煤灰水泥和普通水泥性能的影响。实验结果表明,相同早强剂掺量情况下,普通水泥的早期强度明显高于粉煤灰水泥。早强剂促进了粉煤灰水泥中熟料矿物的水化,对粉煤灰组分没有明显作用。

Abstract: With hydrated lime and sodium sulphate as main materials,early strength agent was produced after ingredient mixture and homogenization.The same amounts of early strength agent were mixed with fly ash-Portland cement and Portland cement respectively,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of them at different ages were tested.The samples were also analyzed by TG/DTA and infrared spectrum.The influence of the early strength agent on the performance of fly ash cement and Portland cement was analyzed by means of macro and micro analysis.The experimental results showed that the early strength of Portland cement was significantly higher than that of fly ash-Portland cement with the same amount of early strength agent.The early strength agent had used to promote the hydration of the cement clinker in the sample,which had no obvious effect on the fly ash.
