锂离子电池浆料稳定性能研究

摘要: 锂离子电池浆料稳定性对电池的性能有重要影响,主要讨论了在2种不同条件处理下正极浆料的性能变化情况,分别对浆料的黏度、固含量及流变性能做了比较。实验结果表明,在不断搅拌条件下的浆料,其黏度、固含量随时间的变化较小,表现出较为稳定的性质。而浆料的性质稳定,则有利于后序的极片涂布和电池电性能的发挥。

Abstract: The stability of slurry is very important for the performance of lithium-ion battery.The performance changes of cathode slurry under two different conditions were discussed.The viscosity,solid content,and rheological properties of slurry were compared.Experimental results showed that the viscosity and solid content had little change when the slurry under an unceasing stirring,and the slurry showed a stable property.Because of this,it was benefit to the coating of pole piece and also to the full-play of battery′s electrical performance.
