工业硫酸锰中钙、镁的净化研究

摘要: 采用氟化锰作为沉淀剂对工业硫酸锰中的钙、镁进行净化研究。通过单因素实验和正交试验考察了溶液pH、反应温度、氟化锰加入量对钙、镁净化率的影响。实验结果表明,影响钙、镁沉淀率的因素最主要的是氟化锰的加入量,其次为反应温度、溶液pH。在实验中,当氟化锰加入量为1 g、反应温度为90 ℃、溶液pH为4.5时,钙、镁的净化率分别为83%和85%。采用氟化锰作为沉淀剂净化工业硫酸锰中的钙、镁是可行的,该方法操作方便,并且不会引入新的杂质。

Abstract: The purification of Ca(Ⅱ) and Mg(Ⅱ) in industrial manganese sulfate was studied with manganese fluoride as precipitant.The influences of pH,reaction temperature,and dosage of manganese fluoride on purification rates of Ca(Ⅱ) and Mg(Ⅱ) were investigated through single factor experiment and orthogonal test. Experimental results showed that the main influencing factor was the dosage of manganese fluoride,the second was reaction temperature and the third was pH.When dosage of manganese fluoride was 1 g,reaction temperature was 90 ℃,and pH of solution was 4.5,the purification rates of Ca(Ⅱ) and Mg(Ⅱ) reached 83% and 85%,respectively.Therefore,the adoption of manganese fluoride as precipitant was feasible for purification of industrial manganese sulfate.This method was easy to operate and not to introduce new impurity.
