生物质解毒液相氧化法铬渣的工艺研究

摘要: 铬渣(COPR) 是采用铬铁矿生产铬化合物过程中产生的固体废弃物,因其含有六价铬被列为危险固体废物。铬渣的堆放对环境具有较强的危害,寻求经济、高效、无二次污染的治理方法是治铬工作者们关注的焦点。采用生物质香蕉皮对液相氧化法铬渣开展了解毒工艺研究。在反应温度为90 ℃、香蕉皮添加量为10%(以渣质量计)、反应时间为1.5 h、加酸量为4 mol/kg(以1 kg铬渣加入的氢离子物质的量计)、液固体积质量比为3 mL/g的最佳工艺条件下,解毒后铬渣的浸出毒性远小于一般工业固体废弃物的环保排放标准,可以作为一般固体废弃物进行填埋。通过对香蕉皮解毒铬渣过程中铬元素在各物流中的分布与价态变化分析,发现香蕉皮解毒铬渣的过程为吸附耦合还原机理。

Abstract: Chromite ore processing residue(COPR) is the waste residue in the production process of chromium compounds with chromite ore.Due to the presence of toxic hexavalent chromium,COPR is classified as hazardous solid waste.COPR is easily poisoning the environment when it is stacking outdoor.Seeking for economical and efficient pollution control methods is of great interests for the chromium workers.The study of using biomass,such as banana peel,to detoxify COPR was made.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:temperature was 90 ℃,banana dosage was 10% by weight of COPR,reaction time was 1.5 h,amount of acid was 4 mol H+ per kilogram of COPR,and liquid-solid ratio(mL/g) was 3∶1.Under the optimum conditions,the leaching toxicity of treated COPR can meet the environmental requirements of general industrial solid waste.The treated COPR can be landfilled as the general industrial solid waste.Through investigations on the chromium distribution in process flows and the valence change of chromium,the mechanism of the detoxification process was found as adsorption coupled with reduction.
