摘要: 简述了以湿法磷酸为原料制备磷酸二氢钾的两种主要方法。湿法磷酸净化后制备磷酸二氢钾受到有机溶剂成本或回收成本高昂的影响,应用受到限制。而湿法磷酸直接反应制备磷酸二氢钾有电解法、离子交换法、复分解法和多步法。其中多步法通过先生成中间产物再生成产品,将湿法磷酸的净化过程与磷酸二氢钾的生产过程结合为一体,以较低成本生产出合格的工业级产品。通过比较发现多步法更具竞争力,有更广阔的发展前景。

Abstract: Two main methods of preparing potassium dihydrogen phosphate from wet-process phosphoric acid were briefly introduced.The method of purifying the wet-process phosphoric acid before preparation is reviewed.Its application is under restrictions because of the organic solvent′s high costs or difficult recycling.Besides,the methods of reacting wet-process phosphoric acid directly include electrolysis method,ion exchange method,double decomposition method,and multi-step method.Among them,the multi-step method produces the intermediate products before the target product,combining the purification of wet-process phosphoric acid with the production of potassium dihydrogen phosphate as a whole,and manufacturing qualified industrial grade product in lower cost.By comparison,it′s found that the multi-step method is more competitive with the broad development prospect.
