电池级氟化锂制备新工艺研究

摘要: 简略分析了传统氟化锂生产过程中的优缺点,为探索和提升电池级氟化锂的生产工艺和产品质量做了铺垫,重点阐述了氟化铵与碳酸氢锂制备电池级氟化锂工艺研究过程,其中涉及原料选择、制备原理及工艺流程、工艺关键点和难点、设备选型等。本工艺制得的电池级氟化锂产品质量优于YS/T 661—2007《电池级氟化锂》标准,可满足市场需求。

Abstract: Advantages and disadvantages of the traditional lithium fluoride production process were analyzed briefly,and the foundation for the production process exploration and product quality improvement of battery grade lithium fluoride was laid. The research process,including material selection,preparation principle and process flow,the key points and difficult points, and equipment selection etc.of the preparation technology of lithium battery grade lithium fluoride with ammonium fluoride and lithium bicarbonate as raw materials was emphatically expounded.The quality of lithium fluoride product prepared by this method was better than that of the Battery Grade Lithium Fluoride Standard,YS/T 661—2007,which can meet the demand of the market.
