水热法合成高分散易过滤高阻燃氢氧化镁

摘要: 以六水氯化镁和氢氧化钠为原料,十二烷基硫酸钠为分散剂,乙醇为晶型控制剂(改善产物的结晶行为),用水热法制备高分散、高阻燃、易过滤的氢氧化镁阻燃剂。分别用激光粒度测试仪、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM),对所得产物的粒径分布和分子形貌进行研究。实验结果显示,加料方式、水热温度、水热时间对粒径及晶体的生长方向都有很大的影响。

Abstract: Flame retardent magnesium hydroxide with high dispersion,high flame retardancy,and high purity was synthesized by hydrothermal process with MgCl2·6H2O and NaOH as raw materials,with sodium dodecyl sulfate as dispersing agent,and ethanol as crystal control agent(to improve the product′s crystallization behavior).The particle size distribution and morphology of the prepared magnesium hydroxide were characterized by laser particle analyzer,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results indicated that feeding mode,hydrothermal time,and hydrothermal temperature all had great impact on particle size and on crystal growth direction of the product.
