摘要: 以FeSO4·7H2O的水溶液为分散相(水相),环己烷为连续相(油相),甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10(OP-10)为乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂及引发剂,配制反相微乳液体体系。用热引发此体系的反应来制备γ-Fe2O3 /P(MMA-AM)纳米磁性复合材料。用X射线衍射、红外光谱、热失重分析、透射电子显微镜对产物进行了表征。结果表明:单体MMA和AM发生了共聚,且γ-Fe2O3微粒分散于高分子聚合物中,则产物为γ-Fe2O3/P(MMA-AM)。制备该磁性复合材料球状微粒的最佳条件为:油水体积比为1∶3、亚铁离子浓度为0.4 mol/L、单体含量为7%(质量分数)。

Abstract: Reverse microemulsion system was made via employing an aqueous solution of FeSO4·7H2O as dispersed phase (water phase), cyclohexane as continuous phase(oil phase),acrylamide(AM),and methyl methacrylate(MMA) as monomers,octyl phenyl poly(ethylene oxide)-10 (OP-10) as emolsifier,as well as ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator.The system reaction has been initiated by heating to prepare magnetic γ-Fe2O3/P(MMA-AM) nanocomposites.The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Results showed that copolymer occurred from the MMA monomer and AM;γ-Fe2O3 particles dispersed in high molecular polymers,then the product was γ-Fe2O3/P(MMA-AM).The optimum conditions for synthesizing magnetic γ-Fe2O3/P(MMA-AM)nanocomposites were as follows: oil to water volume ratio was 1∶3,c(Fe2+)=0.4 mol/L,and monomer content was 7% (mass fraction).
