转炉高温烟气中石灰石粉的分解特性研究

摘要:

鉴于石灰窑煅烧石灰石工艺存在能耗大、成本高等问题,探讨利用转炉汽化冷却烟道内高温烟气余热分解石灰石粉的可行性。通过热重分析实验和管式炉实验研究了在转炉高温烟气环境下石灰石粉的分解特性及温度、时间、气氛和烟尘等影响因素对其特性的影响。结果表明:烟气中CO2会抑制CaCO3的分解,提高了起始分解温度,但随着温度的升高,反应速率加快,分解率增大,反应时间相应缩短;烟尘中的主要成分FeO和Fe2O3能够促进CaCO3的分解;CaCO3晶粒分解成CaO晶粒,CO2气体被释放,晶粒表面孔隙明显增多,从而使活性增大。实验结果初步验证了利用转炉高温烟气余热分解石灰石粉具有一定的可行性。

Abstract:

In view of the problems of high energy consumption and high cost of limestone calcination process in lime kiln,the feasibility of using high temperature flue gas waste heat in converter vaporization cooling flue to decompose limestone powder was discussed.The decomposition characteristic of limestone powder in high temperature flue gas environment of converter and the influence of temperature,time,atmosphere and dust on its characteristic were studied by thermogravimetric analysis experiment and tube furnace experiment.The results showed that CO2 in flue gas could inhibit the decomposition of CaCO3 and increase the initial decomposition temperature.However,with the increase of temperature,the reaction rate was increased,the decomposition rate was increased,and the reaction time was decreased.The main components FeO and Fe2O3 in smoke dust could promote the decomposition of CaCO3.CaCO3 grains were decomposed into CaO grains,CO2 gas was released,and the pores on the surface of the grains was increased obviously,so the activity was increased.The experimental results preliminarily verified the feasibility of using high temperature flue gas waste heat from the converter to decompose limestone powder.
