钙改性花生壳生物炭对废水中四环素的吸附研究

Study on adsorption of tetracycline from wastewater by calcium modified peanut shell biochar

摘要:

生物质废弃物的处理和四环素污染物的去除是环境修复的重要问题。以花生壳为原料,通过浸渍-焙烧的方法制备了钙改性花生壳生物炭(CaBC)。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和氮气吸附-脱附仪对所制备的生物炭进行了表征,考察了溶液pH、共存离子等因素对生物炭去除废水中四环素(TC)性能的影响,并研究了该过程的吸附动力学和吸附等温线。结果表明,所制备的生物炭具有丰富的介孔结构,有利于对四环素的吸附。在pH为7.0条件下,CaBC-800对TC具有最好的吸附效果。共存离子的存在对生物炭的吸附能力影响不显著。动力学研究表明CaBC-800对TC的吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,二级动力学常数为0.001 3 g/(mg∙min)。吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,且最大理论吸附量为72.251 mg/g。该研究为四环素的去除提供了一种新型吸附剂,显示了CaBC-800在废水修复中的应用潜力。

Abstract:

The treatment of biomass waste and the removal of tetracycline are important issues in environmental remediation.In this study,calcium modified peanut shell biochar(CaBC) was prepared by impregnation-roasting method with peanut shell as raw materials.The prepared biochar were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption instrument.The effects of solution pH and coexisting ions on the removal performance of tetracycline(TC) from wastewater by biochar were investigated.The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms of the process were studied as well.The results showed that the prepared biochar had rich mesoporous structure,which was beneficial to the adsorption of tetracycline.CaBC-800 had the best adsorption effect on tetracycline at pH of 7.0.The presence of coexisting ions had no significant effect on the adsorption capacity of biochar.Kinetic studies showed that the adsorption process of TC by CaBC-800 was following the pseudo-second-order model equation with a constant of 0.001 3 g/(mg∙min).The adsorption isotherm was according with Langmuir equation with the maximum theoretical adsorption capacity of 72.251 mg/g.This study provided a new adsorbent for tetracycline removal and demonstrated the potential of CaBC-800 in wastewater remediation.
