铝灰行业对传统混凝剂行业的冲击分析

摘要:

随着原铝产量的不断上升,铝灰的产量也在不断增加。由于铝灰不断堆积容易带来极大的环境问题,因此对于铝灰的回收利用已经迫在眉睫。目前,利用铝灰为主要原料生产混凝剂是铝灰资源化利用中的一种方式。由铝灰生产的混凝剂主要包括聚氯化铝(PAC)、硫酸铝、氯化铝等,主要的生产方式有酸溶法、制备铝酸钙法、碱溶法等。简要介绍了铝灰的现状,并且综述了铝灰生产混凝剂的种类和工艺,主要叙述了利用铝灰生产PAC的工艺。相较于传统生产PAC的工艺,利用铝灰生产PAC成本低、生产过程节能、可以将铝灰与废盐酸充分结合,以及生产过程中还产生具有高附加值的氢气,进一步提升了经济效益。因此,传统生产混凝剂企业将面临铝灰回收利用的严峻挑战。

Abstract:

With the continuous increase of output of primary aluminum,the output of aluminum slag is also increasing.The recy-cling of aluminum slag is imminent because the continuous accumulation of aluminum slag is easy to bring great environmen-tal problems.At present,using aluminum slag as the main raw material to produce coagulant is a way of resource utilization of aluminum slag.Coagulants produced from aluminum slag mainly include poly aluminium chloride (PAC),aluminum sulfate,aluminum chloride,etc.The main production methods include acid solution method,preparation of calcium aluminate method,alkali solution method,etc.The current situation of aluminum slag was introduced briefly and the types and processes of producing coagulant from aluminum slag were summarized in this paper.The process of producing PAC from aluminum slag was mainly described.Compared with the traditional PAC production process,the production of PAC with aluminum slag had low cost,energy saving in the production process,full combination of aluminum slag and waste hydrochloric acid,and hydrogen with high added value was also produced in the production process,so as to further improve the economic benefits.Therefore,the traditional coagulant production enterprises would face the severe challenge of aluminum slag recycling.
