Abstract: As Guizhou Province has resourceful raw materials, great variety, full specifications, and high grade of inorganic salts, it has great potential and wide prospect of development. Base on summarizing the present development status and existing problems of inorganic salt industry in China, advantages and development conditions of inorganic salt industry of Guizhou Province were introduced. Development direction and variety（such as phosphate，barium salt，manganese salt，fluoride，and silicide） for Guizhou Province inorganic salt industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan were discussed and correlative countermeasures and suggestions were also put forward.
