Abstract: The application progress of inorganic molten chlorides in the spent fuel reprocessing was reviewed. LiCl-KCl eu- tectic used in the electrorefining and reductive extraction of metal spent fuel， and molten salt of LiCl-Li2O utilized in the re- duction of oxide or mixed oxide（MOX） spent fuel，and NaCl-2CsCl mixture applied in the electrowinning were mainly intro- duced.Finally，the application future and development direction of molten chlorides in the spent fuel dry reprocessing of China was prospected.
