Abstract: In allusion to the treatment problems of the marine wastewater containing polymer，a membrane pilot equipment was designed with anti-polymer pollution ceramic functional membrane materials for the treatment of wastewater containing polymer.Land stability experiments and field tests in the central treatment platform of SZ36-1 Oilfield were carried out.Re- sult showed that the oil content was reduced from more than 30 mg/L to below 5 mg/L，the suspended particles content and median diameter was decreased to below 1 mg/L and 1 μm，respectively.The retention rate of polymer was less than 5% in water production，which was beneficial to the recycling of the polymer.The ceramic functional membrane technology develop- ment can improve the marine wastewater containing polymer treatment and reduce costs.
