氧化铬绿解毒研究

Abstract

Abstract: The drying detoxification process of chrome oxide green pigment，which was synthesized from calcining chromic anhydride in high-temperature，with reductant，AJ03 was mainly studied. Influences of reductant dosage，reaction temperature，and reaction time on detoxification effect of chrome oxide green were also investigated.Results showed when the dosage of reductant AJ03 was 0.5% of the mass of chromic anhydride，calcining time and temperature were above 4 h and 1 100 ℃， detoxification effect was the best，because water soluble chromium in chrome oxide green pigment could reduce to less than 5.0×10-5 then.
